vulcanus admin mod ?'s

I have been playing on a server with the Vulcauns Admin mod, and I thought it would be good to use on when I host games with my friends/clan.

 

Anyways, I've been using it for a couple days, and would like to know how to do the following:

 

1)make kick so that it does damage

2)enable sabre throw in duels

 

Any help is appriciated
