New Force Powers (is it possible)

Yep, i want the impossible, can new powers be added to jediknight, there are 3 main ones i require and would really appeciate any help.

 

1 - Freeze -how would i go about freezing time for a few seconds (this one is the hardest)

 

2 - On-spot Teleporting - Ok i want to be able to go POOF, and disappear in a puff of smoke. i was told it ma be posssible to make a power tat cn reduce the player model, o it appears to have dissappeared

 

3 - Big Bang - ok this one i nearly have done, i want to modify the lightning power, so that it looks like telekinesiss it bein used o explode things. i have changed the game so no lightning is visible, but i need to be able to make an explosive effect (like as if a exposive crate was blown up)

 

Finally, i read some articles on cloacking, that would be amazing, i dont know muc about modding bu couldnt the notarget command be develpoped into a kind of clock
