heh i had the same prob, confused me for awhile but i eventually found the solution. Turns out the culprit is none other than the dark jarjar skin, to fix it open dark_jar_jar.pk3 and delete all the mp3's from inside. They aren't needed for that skin anyways, as long as you have the original jarjar model it will play the correct sounds. But why in the world the game would choose that pk3 for kyles sounds i have no idea, tis a very weird bug.
