STEVEMFRED Posted August 29, 2002 Posted August 29, 2002 try restarting/beginning a whole new game from scratch that fixes it sometimes. (dont load any previously saved files)
frendon Posted August 29, 2002 Author Posted August 29, 2002 thanks, I already tried that but it didn't fix it
frendon Posted August 29, 2002 Author Posted August 29, 2002 c'mon!!!!! 10 views and just 1 reply?? I can't believe noone knows how to fix this?? please if you know help me
hawk_of_war Posted August 29, 2002 Posted August 29, 2002 Just because you get 10 views doesn't mean that you will get your answer, not everyone who visits a post also posts a message because a) they just aren't interested in the post or b) they have no clue on how to fix it.
frendon Posted August 29, 2002 Author Posted August 29, 2002 yea I know that but I can't believe there isn't somebody that knows how to fix this or that the people that know how to do it just don't want to help !!!
Sounds Risky Posted August 29, 2002 Posted August 29, 2002 Take the model's folder and givie it an st prefix. Then in the npc config file give the NPC name a Jedi prefix.
frendon Posted August 29, 2002 Author Posted August 29, 2002 yea that is what i'm doing for a Jedi npcs a Jediwhatevername for a dark jedi a rebornwhatever name for a npcs using a blaster a stwhatevername i got that alright but when i try to spawn any of this in a sp game they all come with their weapon guess where?? between their legs. thanks for trying to help anyway
Sounds Risky Posted August 30, 2002 Posted August 30, 2002 Have you changed the path name in the config file?
frendon Posted August 30, 2002 Author Posted August 30, 2002 sorry I didn't get you the first time I thought you were talking about the names in the npcs.cfg file, I already solve the problem I didn't know that the folders for the model you were going to spawn needed the prefix too, well thanks a lot for helping without your help I would have been stuck with this a long time!!!!!
