First of all you should check out this richdiesal's tutorial: http://richdiesal.jedioutcastmaps.com/tutorials/cu201lsn6.html The tutorial itself is about texturing curves, but it gives you some basic facts about texturing. Also if you texture stretches out it's quite easy to adjust it manually by changing width and height values or vertical and horizontal stretches on the surface inspector. JonM
well if your wall is 128 high and 64 wide and you fit the texture on the face then it would fit perfeclty, but if your wall is 128 high and 256 wide, then it would be distored becuase it fitting the width of the texture across the entire wall. Karshaddii
Oh, ok--your talking about adjusting textures manually. For a second I thought there was some extra feature that I was missing... = )
Takeoffyouhoser
i figured it all out actually. the problem was my hallway MAIN wall was 3 units too high for the kejim textures to appear properly, so i had to delete it all .....so, now i needed to make the main wall and the trim wall above it a few units shorter...which works fine....
