Krait
Hi! I only recently became aware that there is a TIE Fighter version for Windows out there. Of course, only available on the XWing Collectors Series which is impossible to come by, I couldn't even find it on ebay . Now I am wondering if it might be possible to get the win95 upgrade for my existing TIE-Fighter Versions (I got both Disks and CD). Just like Origin made the Windows upgrade for Wing Commander IV public. TIE Fighter is by far the best Star Wars game I ever played, and I really would like to do it again, but since I got an USB Joystick now it wont work under DOS anymore (not with stick anyway), and I really don't want to play it with mouse or keys. And I feel kinda shafted owning it but being unable to use that latest update (which a win95 version of a DOS game is to me). And even more so since it was offered only in a seemingly very limited edition. Regards Krait
