Custom Textures in SP

Not a problem I have come up against, I use JK2Radiant.

Just a suggestion, & one not tried personally - Have you tried placing the textures in sub folders, For example if your textures are in a directory called say

textures/sithtex

create another folder

textures/sithtex1

& move some of the the textures to the new folder. Of course you would have to chage the paths to the textures you have moved in Radiant so try to move textures that do not appear very often so you have less to reapply.

Try to make sure the number of textures in the folder does not exceed the the number of textures stored in one of the larger SP texture folders.

As I said an untested suggestion, because I have never had this problem myself.
