I'd suggest making backup files before you try it out so if you do have probs you can change it back without hassel.

Could you explain it to me more precisely?

this belongs in the editing forum....but...ok here we go,

open up the assets0.pk3 (using winzip) in the base folder and extract the all the model files for the model you want to change. So if it's kyle, you find the models/players/kyle folder and extract all the files to a spare folder. Once you've done that have a look in the kyle folder and you will see 3 files that will be model_default.skin, model_red.skin and model_blue.skin .

If you want kyle to be on the red team but wearing his default clothes then you rename the model_default.skin to model_red.skin. So when you're in game and choose the red team skin it will really be the default one. Zip it all back up again in the models/players/kyle folder, rename the .zip to .pk3, stick it in your base folder and there you have it.

If this makes no sence to you repost your question in the editing forum and they might be able to help you better.
