My second ghetto skin (REAL other sith)

ok, i have NO IDEA how to make a new pk3, so this is a sith that was origianlly intended to be darth maul or replace him by george lucas's desgin artist. I would like feedback on how to make it look better so it is the real skin, even though it uses the gallimar model and is NAMMED gallimar, but the jpegs are different, so basically his face is changed (if i get positive feedback i will make a full version with robe from people's preferences) but just leave ur email or something, i will send it to you, and please tell me what u think of my second cheap skin
