Can someone please give me step-by-step info on installing mod downloads.

Most mods you download come with instructions on how to make the mod work but here's what you need to do.

 

Step 1: Go the the folder where you are storing the zip file.

 

S 2: Right click on the zip file and click on the command "Extract to" this should open the Winzip program click I argee.

 

S 3: When the extract to window comes up guide it so that it will extract the files in this folder: LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData or what ever folder you have Jedi Knight installed under as long as you have the Gamedata part right.

*This is the normal default folder that it usually goes in.*

 

S 4: Click extract and all the files will be transported there making a new folder and eveything.

 

S 5: When you started the game I am asuming you are talking about a mod for MP mode, so just go to the Setup screen and click on Mods.

 

S 5: And finally click the mod you want to load and click Load Mod and that's it. You will be ready to use the mod in the game.
