Need help with getting models ingame

Hi,

 

I have gone through many 3dsmax tutorials and I can now model different object and I have made some characters. I have read Tim Appleby's Tutorial and the addnendum but I still can't figure out how to get the models ingame.

 

Could someone please help.

uhh youre going to have to be a little more specific than that...

 

the tutorial explains exactly how to get the model ingame, but problems always arise. so just tell us what problems your having and we'll help.

If your having problems making caps and doing the segments, I could make you a video tutorial. Let me know if you need one.

A video tutorial would be GREAT!!!! Even if you can just take a man made out of so many blocks for each body piece ie. Blockman and then use that. I can do the modelling - it's just the other jk2 specific stuff.

Ya sure, I don't mind downloading it at all. As long as it isn't deleted very quickly. I only have 56k but I want to learn to model soooo badly - i don't care how long it takes.

I made the tuts........found under thread modeling tuts.....I am having great difficulty getting them up. Something dealing with the codec. I hope to get this squared away.

I am finding a host for the seg.avi ...the others should be up, get the codec first. My advice try the linking tutorial first. To see if it works.

I downloaded the 2 that are up but they don't work. I have got the tscc codec but the quickbody doesn't work. The link.avi works perfectly.
