Twisted Vertex
Well, I made some quick tuts. The fist one called "SEG" is about segmenting and capping. All i do is the r_arm and r_hand. However the same concept can be applied across the board. If this however still confuses. I will be glad to crank one out for the torso. http://www.woopadesign.web1000.com/seg.exe The second called linking, takes you into setting the hierarchy tree. At least I think this is the correct way, if anybody has objections let me know. and if this is totally wrong, well.....we know why sephorith is TOTALLY screwed. http://www.woopadesign.web1000.com/link.avi If anybody wants another type of tutorial let me know. I am anticpating one on weighting the skeleton.....so I guess i'll crank the one out. If you want a good idea on how to start a model. I use a concept similar to that of the Joan of ARc model found at 3dtotal. http://www.woopadesign.web1000.com/quickbody.avi This is QUICK, i only use the side view. Its best and MORE accurate to use a front view also. for the sake of file size, I did just a extremely quick side view. If anbody want an elobartion on this, I will do just the leg, and show you how to make the proper cuts. Note...please give the seg.avi 10 mintues...its currently 9:08 eastern time. Madjai
well the first one doesnt work the second one gives me this "Sorry, but non-html files may only be downloaded if linked to directly from the site hosting them. Please scroll all the way to the bottom of this page where you will find a link to the file you are looking for." and the third one downloads fine, but windows media player says the file type is not supported, but its .avi so it should be... Twisted Vertex
Thanks for poiting that out. Here is the codec required to view the avi's. ftp://ftp.techsmith.com/pub/products/camtasia/tscc.exe It seems that the downloaded version becomes ODD. The first one is too big on my server. TO get the files to download click the link, close the error and click the link again. Let me know if the codec helped any. Edit........Trty this to see if it works. I have included the tscc exe within the file. http://www.woopadesign.web1000.com/link.exe give it ten mintues to upload from 8:00 am eastern time
