Tutorial on Rotation or Swinging objects?

Can someone point out a good tutorial on how to create rotating or swinging brushes in JK2Radiant?

 

I'm currently in the process of making a series of single player missions leading up to a map that has a machine that needs a 3 large "fingers" rotating around an inner glass bubble.
