Fx_runner question.

I cannot get the fx_runner to work no matter which .efx file I use.

 

What I want to do is have the ships on the Corusant background fly across the screen without the city background. Any ideas?

Rich Diesel has a good fx runner tutorial:

Remember you do not include the effects folder when writing the path for the fx file.
