q3map2 compling

greetings,

i put this here cuz its an offshoot of the mp/sp lighting differences

 

i got the q3map2

and i made this into a batch file

but would like to know what tweeking it needs. I put it in the jkii tools folder and ran it but the dos window opened then closed. I couldn't find any place that logged errors.

If anyone can shed light on this it'd be appreciated; I went through the manual but couldn't gleen this info.
