To save multiplayer server list to file

I just read a thread over on the rage3d forums and it was about making a server list by editing the ut2003.ini file, how is this done in JKII?

 

"Yes, you can go to the favorites tab in the game and add a gibberish server. Then go into ut2003.ini, and edit that gibberish server to the proper ip addy and change its name from unknown, to whatever you want to call it. Save changes."

 

I dont think its in the jk2mpconfig.cfg.
