Guest Dave Maul
The starter sets in the UK are £8, and yes they have 60 cards in (30 light, 30 dark). What series were they (Menace of Darth Maul, The Jedi Council, or Battle Of Naboo)? There is a new series coming out later in the year called Duel of the Fates. This is a good set to start collecting, as it is a stand-alone set (you don't need the aforementioned collections). Starter sets all come with a rule book. If you want, I can explain how to play briefly on the forum. ------------------ Dave Maul

Guest Dave Maul
That all depends on what you want to build your deck around. The Jedi Council expension set is based around the Senate, and the 12 Jedi. There are cards like Jar Jar as well. The Battle Of Naboo expansion set is all about events like Gungans and Battle Droids, The Jedi Duel, The Palace Battle, and the Starfighter Battle. I've got the Menace Of Darth Maul series, which was the first one to come out, and pretty much revolves around Tatooine. There are podracers, as well as the usual gungans and droids. You get most of the main characters in this set. The thing is that all these sets are meant to be the same game, so you can mix-and-match the cards you want from different series'. For example, in TMODM, there is a lightsaber constructed by Ki-Adi-Mundi. However, he is not a card available in that set; he is available in TJC. As I said before, you could wait for the Duel of the Fates set to appear, as this is a stand-alone set and can be played without any cards from the other expansions. There is a lot of Jedi Dueling in this set. Or, you could wait for Boonta Eve Race, another stand-alone set. With regards to where I get mine from, I buy my cards from Game. They only have TMODM there, but I'm sure a larger store would have them all. ------------------ Dave Maul
