KHMPtolemaic
Muhahahahaha Having finally displaced Austin Powers Mojo again I have an evil and cunning plan. Can I play MP as follows:- 2 PC's on LAN (one being a server) and another PC joining in the game from the internet? Or do I have set up the game as an internet game and therefore all PCs have to connect via the internet?! Any help with my nefarious plan would be well rewarded by Sharks with frickin' laser beams! *pinky to the lip* and and *evil grin*

kilfarsnar
This should be relatively easy depending on your lan setup. At my place we have a Quake3 server. It serves games to the 'net but we can also connect from the internal LAN. At the firewall we just mapped port 27960 (I think JKII uses the same port) to the IP address of the server. It should work the same way for a machine hosting and playing a game. Just remember which machine the external port is mapped to, as this is the only machine accessable from the 'net for MP.
