LainTora
I have created a map that when I look over a distance, I can see brushes behind another solid brush. What is this caused by: the size of map? some other error? SCENARIO: In my map, I have created a large landing pad surrounded by a very tall wall. When you look across the open area, you can see buildings on the other side of the wall depending on your angle/distance to the wall in question. Sometimes they "flicker" through the wall, other times you can see them clearly. However the wall is always visible. It seems to happen with any side of the wall. I have not done anything special with the brushes, other than create them using "caulk" then adding a surface texture. I apologize for asking this, but I have not found an answer else where, and the forum's search function is disabled.
Omikron
How many NPCs do u have loaded up at the beggining of the map, 'cause I was screwing around a short time ago, and when I had to many nps in the map, everything started flickering, so that could be your problemo. LainTora
It is a MP map. No entities have even been placed yet other than one single "info_player_deathmatch" spawn point.
Omikron
Maybe some of your brushes are intersecting and you're seeing part of the wall? If not, I don't really know.
