Custom Texture Request: Exterior Building textures

I am looking for custom exterior building textures. Preferrably they would be for 2-10 story tall commercial buildings, for a city setting. Most any type of modern day look would be fine; the textures do not need to appear STAR WARS 'ish.

 

Secondly, I am looking for a specific custom textures to be used as signs of commercial buildings and for billboards. This would be in the STAR WARS font seen ("aurebesh"?) in the movies. I can supply the font if needed.

At this point I am only looking for the general exterior building textures. I plan on taking care of the specific custom textures from the second part.

 

Or is there a website that may have exterior building textures that a mapper is able to go download from?
