oreos Posted November 13, 2002 Share Posted November 13, 2002 I am editing sp mode and replacing existing characters with new ones, but i am having a lot of trouble replacing the old sounds with new sounds, what is an easy way to do this? i know that some skins, such as the one that replaces desann with vader, already has that sound replaced and ready to go. Haseco Posted November 15, 2002 Share Posted November 15, 2002 the simple way of doing it is replacing the old sounds with a pk3 including the new sound, having the same filename as the old one, in the directory where the old sound was. Example: replacing JK2/Gamedata/Base/music/example(old).mp3 create a pk3 with music/example(new).mp3 and insert it into the base folder...unless u are looking to replace asset01 sounds...then I'm not sure...i hope i could help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
