Civ Bonuses: Big, small or what?

Personally, I think the civ bonuses should be existant, but small. Your opinions?

I think that they should be big. It helps add variety to the civs, and it makes playing different civs more valuable.

In response to admiral viper's comment about Empire being the strongest. Are you talking about (if you have ever played), Starcraft where protoss is the "strongest" yet all of the other races have something that can counter that strength??( such as terran and E.M.P??) And in response to the civ bonuses, I think they should be really really big!! It adds a lot to the gameplay!! well, thats all

by the way the Empire will not be the strongest civ.,

All of them will be balanced fairly. Whats wrong with u imp people.

maybe some of you misunderstood the question. All civs will, of course, be balanced. But, there will still(to MY knowledge) be certain civ bonuses. Do you think those bonuses(FOR EACH CIV, NOT JUST ONE) should be big, medium, small, or just not be existant?
