single plater jetpack

is there a way, or a mod to do in order to use the jetpack mod, or taunt mods in single player games. and if so im clueless where to find it of what i should do

its impossible to have a jetpack in SP. the reason for this is that raven hasn't released the SP source code (and probably will never)
