how do i create a server????

please help me by givin me step by step instructions on creating a server?

i have created ones that were not connected to the internet! but who wants to beat up on a bunch of bots!!!!

i would like to host a server on line

i have clicked on play then create server gone through the set up there but when i click on begin i get stuck !!!!

i need help please
