making the bowcaster shot blue....

I have a line in the shot.efx for the bowcaster:

 

rgb

{

start 0.0 0.7 0.0 0.2 0.8 0.2

}

 

 

Now the question is: How do I make it blue? What numbers are supposed to go in there?
