gtkradiant 1.2.1.1 texture sizing

Is it just me, or is there now no way to change the size of your textures from within gtkradiant? Wasn't there the way to change the values in preferences somewhere? I can't find where to set this anywhere????

Hmmm...do you mean texture window scale? How big the samples are in your texture window? (Textures/Texture Window Scale)

 

Or do you mean stretching or compressing them to fix a brush? Surface Inspector options? (s)

 

Both seem to work the same for me.
