Tormentor666
For some reason every sky texture i use gives off light. When i view my map ingame it is very bright, even though i have not added any light entities.
Tormentor666
Now i got a real problem. i got rid of all my sky textures and replaced them with just a regular texture that doesn't give off light. and my map is still very bright. Shouldn't it be pitch black if i have no lights? :-( . I also got this warning in the console (ingame) . WARNING: Light grid array missmatch. <- which i've never seen before. Tormentor666
I've fixed the problem. I think it may have been that i had 2 light entities overlapping each other that i didn't notice. since i thought i deleted all my lights. Any hoo. . so i you guys get a warning in console (ingame) that says . WARNING: Light grid array mismatch!!!! It probably means you have 2 lights over lapping each other. . And also one valuable lesson I learned is to know how to use your filters so you can filter out the stuff you don't want to see and it may reveal an error in your map.
