SmallJediInACan Posted December 11, 2002 Posted December 11, 2002 I have a LAN party coming up in a couple weeks, and we want to setup a dedicated server for as many games as we can. I need to know what the minimun requirements are for a purely dedicated server. Specs of the current server: Intel Pentium 2 @ 333 192 MB of Crucial brand ram (66 MHz) at least a 12x cd rom 16 meg tnt2 ultra AGP (causing lockups, will probably be replaced) well over ten gigs of hard drive space Running Win2k with SP2 on it We have had a similar computer run dedicated Quake 3 and UT servers on a college campus, with remote administration on it.
