Replacing NPC's in SP with other models (like Desann to Maul)

I've scanned the boards and cannot find how...I did find a thread on how to change what skin they use so they look different...(like I use the Kyle's jedi-stealth skin from downloads for kyle and one of the "daggoss twins" as the skin for jan)

 

But I can't find anything on how to change the actual models so say I wanted to use...vader for kyle....or Jango for Desann..a total change of the model itself not just skin..

seems kinda dumb they disabled the search function but I guess there's a reason.
