teleporting? how?

how do you make it so people teleport? ive seen it done in maps like dim side academy and ive tried connecting all the entities that have the word teleport in them but no avail? also my target_teleport dosent work in gtk...

If you want to teleport people make a brush go to textures then system and select trigger.Then for your trigger rite click on your 2d screen and then trigger then trigger teleport. Then your brush will be a trigger teleport then while selected on the brush press'n' for your key put target and your value give what ever name you want like tele1 if you want.Then go to the place you want to teleport to rite click on your 2d screen and select target-then target postion you will see a green square press'n'for your key put targetname and your value whatever you called your teleport like 'tele1' then press enter you will see a green line connect the the two then your done bsp it and try it:ewok:

Instead of making the targetname's and target's you could just select the trigger then the target and hit ctrl+k (er...I think, havnt mapped lately)

Yes you can press control + k but its better if you name them yourself becuase Radient will mess up eventually nameing another obeject the same name then you'll have to fix the names so its just better to name them right in the first place
