It's not necessary for your GS to know the name of the game. You could enter anything: JPB, for example, or AAA, as Sith said.

 

The codes are the important thing; those must be entered without any customization on your part.

 

When I got my gameshark I was too excited to read through the instructions, so I kept accidentally erasing "JEDI POWER BATTLES" after spending half an hour typing it in.

 

Least this is what I think your situation is.
