Dude, you really banned me?? Why? All I did was ask a question, and you got mad over that? Now it wasnt even ok the first time you banned one of my names, nor was it fair, but I didnt mind that, but THIS? I e-mailed you BEFORE I posted anything to keep from getting banned? I told you the paid to surf is GONE!!!!!! What part of that didnt you understand? Please tell me because right now I am confused, But I am sure you had a good reason for banning me so I would really like to know what that reason is.

First of all, let me make a (biased I admit) observation:

 

Either you don't know what you sound like when you post this stuff, or else you must think I'm extremely gullible and ignorant.

 

If it is the former, then I suggest you read up on the rules of this forum and try to conduct yourself accordingly or else find another forum to post on.

 

If it is the latter, let me assure you, I do the best I can to stay informed on the issues (I am by no means a perfect person, I do make mistakes from time to time) and keep up with the going's on of this site, but that doesn't give you liscense to try to paint me as the bad guy just because I don't bend the rules and allow you to abuse the forums. Why should I give you special treatment?

 

You broke the rules by "spamming" as we call it in your posts. You eventually followed my repeated warnings and removed the offending material (though you did so grudgingly, arguing with me the whole time, claiming I was being unfair, or picking on you, etc).

 

Then you asked me what appeared to be an honest question. I could have ignored you, but I chose to answer your question and then you sent me an email. The content of your email (I could post it, just as an example, but I'm sure you understand what you wrote to me or else you would not have sent it) was an example of spam.

 

On the one hand, yes, I did give you my email address, understanding that you were going to ask me an honest question. Of course when I got your email I realized that you were mearly repeating what you had been spamming my board with all along.

 

You wanted me to visit your site and give you feedback on it (your site basically is just made up of advertisments and money making schemes, etc, stuff which is inappropriate to this forum). What you did was essentially send me advertising.

 

Now when I get emails from people trying to sell me stuff (recall that I did not say to you "please send me advertising, I am interested in using the services advertised on your site!") be they products, services, membership in groups I could care less about, etc. what I do is DELETE them and put them in my "ignore" box so that I don't recieve them anymore.

 

I did the same with the email you sent me after it became clear that you were just spamming me after all. If it was an attempt to be funny, I wasn't in a laughing mood, and you should have realized that, after you continued to treat me with the utmost disrespect (how am I supposed to respect you if you show no respect to me in the first place?). If it was an attempt to get me to respond to your advertising, then you were wrong. You don't treat customers that way.

 

They don't like being annoyed and bothered, especially when they have told you NO over and over again.

 

Coming back to this site with another name after being banned (I even told you why you were banned, and this was after repeated warnings that you would be banned), and then acting as if I'm the bad guy is ridiculous.

 

What I should do is simply ban your IP and be done with it, and you won't be able to bother me or anyone else on this site again. However being the nice guy that I am, I'll give you one more chance.

 

If you post anymore spam or break the forum rules, or try to send me anymore spam regarding your site, then I'll ban your IP until you've learned your lesson. You brought this on yourself, knowing full well what the rules of this site were, unless you simply chose to ignore the board agreement you signed.

 

I don't think I'm being unfair here... so just quit it, or you're out of here.

Ok. I didn't know you took the e-mail that way. I am sorry, anyway you took that e-mail the wrong way, I was not advertising. Like I said I am changing my site, and the last phew sentences asking you to visit and vote was not an attempt to get you to respond to any advertisement whatsoever. I just wanted people to tell me what my new page should look like, and I needed all the votes I could get. I don't believe you are being unfair in anyway. The only time I thought you were being unfair (and still do) is when you banned my first name when I haven't been to the board in more than a month. I hope you accept this apology, and understand that I did not under any circumstances intend for that e-mail to be taken that way. Once again, sorry, and Merry Christmas
