Help! Gamma correction error

Hi there,

 

I ha:ve just upgraded my graphics card from a Geforce DDR to a Geforce 4 MX 440, and also re-installed WinXP.

Since then I cannot adjust the gamma in JK2 as it is too dark to see anything.

When I drag the slider across, a little error message appears in the top left corner of the screen: "SetDeviceGammaRamp Failed".

I have tried eerything I can think of including re-installing the game and downloading the latest drivers from Nvidia, but nothing works.
