Detonator 41.09 makes MS Media player stop??

Hey all, I need some help here..

 

I downloaded the new detonator 41.09 drivers for my Gainward g4 ti4600 card. I notice now that the drivers went in fine and the game is fine, but all movies (ahem) played in MS media player (v7 and newer v9) all all blacked out - they 'play' but the display is black - yet the audio is the same.

 

I play them on some other media player and its fine. Only the MS Media player.

 

Any ideas what it is? I had to switch them back to old drivers just to get the MS player to work. Is it a conflict somewhere?

 

I have a p4 - 2.4 gig, 1gig ddr, gigabyte 8exp board, audigy card, vid card mentioned above..
