xadox Posted January 10, 2003 Share Posted January 10, 2003 Hi after a long search on ebay and hard bidding fights if've got Monkey Island 1 -CDVersion. everything works fine with scummvm or VDMsound and Qucik and Easy. If have Backround sound so the CD-Music is playing i think!!! But if i open a door or oush a button there is no sound. In my memorys on the amiga or 486 pc there is sound??? So what is wrong? If tried ADLIB emulation and windows midi and emulated midi at scummvm!!! Can anybody help me? But if memory serves, AdLib is only for MIDI, so that would give you just the background music, not the sound effects. You need to set your DOS emulator to emulate SoundBlaster settings, then you should be able to hear sound effects. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
