Guest Sorcerer_Vinny Posted May 31, 2000 Share Posted May 31, 2000 I hate to post all these messages, but.. I thought u unlock Panaka by winning with Plo. I got Plo to lvl 10 and got smacked. Then i exited, and went to plo..i hit select absent-minded;y, and Capt. Panaka popped up. I tried him and it worked.
