epman
I have a Power Book macintosh. Here are my specs: - Mac OS X (10.2.4) - 867mhz PowerPC G4 processor - 640mb RAM - 40gb harddrive - 64x or greater CD-ROM combo drive (at least) - NVidia GForce graphics card (I think, but I have a good one I know) JKII's requirements: - Mac OS X, 10.1 or later - G3 or G4 processor at 400mhz or faster - 128mb RAM - 4x CD-ROM (16x recommended) - 665mb free disk space - Hardware 3D acceleration card So the first issue is that I have more than enough of what the requirements and recommendations are. However, the game takes a very annoying time to load, and by this, I mean that I've waited up to 10 minutes. This computer is brand new, too. The game, not multiplayer, just the game, lags, and kinda drags around sometimes and goes slow. I haven't tried MP yet, but I'm sure that's even worse. On a sidenote, is the game on mac supposed to look a little worse than on PC graphics-wise? Not that it matters, the gameplay is awesome, just curious though. The second thing is that I'm looking for a USB device, like a joystick or something, that would be ideal for this game (and the genre it would be placed in, first-person shooters or whatever). Any suggestions? Remember that I have a mac, and my specs are above. Thanks in advance. ep (ps, cool site)
