daft question about Manny's office in year one

Okay, this is probably the densest question you've ever had on here, but I've just bought the game, am in year 1, and I've got the balloons. I know I need to go to Manny's office to shoot them through, BUT I cannot find his office! Where is the pesky thing? I know it's so stupid but I can't find the damn thing!

Okay, there are two ways into the office blocks:

 

1) When you're at the 'clown' screen, go down. When the screen changes, you should see a car parked, and some stairs leading to a big door. Enter, and use the elevator.

 

2) Outside the LSA there is a large garage door, which may or may not be open. If it is, head through it and take a left to find another elevator.

 

Once you emerge from an elevator, move forward to see Eva.
