MP Death Star Elevator?

I've seen this quite a bit, and it's never come to my attention...but there's something that resembles an elavator in the Death Star, but when you stand on it, it never moves.. Is it there for a reason?

Which part of the Death Star is this elevator in? There are many elevators in the Death Star that work. The ones I can think of at the moment are...

-- The elevator in the hangar that goes down into the pit (or up into the hangar, depending on where you get on

-- The elevator in the hangar (to the right of the force field) that goes up

-- The two elevators that go to the detention area.

-- The elevator leading to the throne room

-- The short elevators by the Golan Arms gun and the trash compactor

 

That's all I can think of at the moment. What "elevator" are you talking about? There is a room overlooking the container, and inside a little closet there is some Bacta, and the closet might look like an elevator, when it's really the closet the droids hid in in ANH. Please clarify.

Ok If I'll give you directions to it, and it's kinda big for a closet..

 

Start in the hangar, then go to the elvator that goes up to higher levels of the Death Star, go past the two elavators that lead to the prison level. (Or Garabage Chute) THen you'll come to a room, and a hallway. THe hallway leads to the closet, and the room has a door take the stairs down and go straight and you'll be in a comparment thats floor and ceiling is black. Hope this helps.

Aww I was hoping it would lead to a secret section of the Death Star.... Like a huge hangar.
