My MOD is giving me installation trouble

I have installed the MOD.pk3 file into the "base file"

Now when I start the game up the menu tells me that it couldn't load a file, default.cfg

 

I'm not sure what to do

You should probably put your mod files in a new folder under the GameData folder, such as "JKII:JO\GameData\<mod name>". Then you'll have to load up JO MP and go to Setup>Mods>Load Mod <mod name>.
