texture and texture_glow

JKradiant (I know, I know, I said I was going to switch but I haven't yet.)

 

Ok I am using the textue bespin/u_shaft.jpg and it looks great.

 

Then all of a suddent after one of my test compiles, it looks dull. Then I realize that it's not "glowing". It's like it doesn't know where to look for bespin/u_shaftglow* (I think there are two it needs. So I thought maybe it was something I did (the change coincided with the first time I put it all in a pk3 to test it.)

 

 

Well I save my map then I pull up a backup from a few days ago (when I know the glow texture was working right) and run the bsp on that baby. Same thing; no glow.

 

So I don't think it is the .map file. Does anyone have

any idea how i can correct it?

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

 

I'm an idiot.

 

I finally realized that while I was poking around in my video preferences, I had turned off detail shaders. So it had nothing to do with my map or radiant (hehe)
