Infernal machine - Babylon level

I pulled a block and when I did the floor dropped like an elevator and now I'm stuck in this room where there are a set of gears, a round door that won't open, a diagram that could be a map, and a square gold plate looking thing.

Question: How do I get out of here?

Grab the gears and the level should end after a cutscene.

You should have something in your inventory which would fit into these gears. This will cause something else to move and you should be able to advance.
