Jedi Academy 1.2 ip banning/unbaning

I need help with IP banning and unbanning,

 

I know I need seta g_filterban 1 n my cfg wich is set, and need

seta g_banips "" (<--what is that for anyways)

 

So, I would like to know how to get IP of Client, how to ban it and how to unban it...
