SOLUTION FOUND for loosing Indy at the start of level 4!

To all who lost control of indy at the start of Level 4 "Shambala Sanctuary" right after the small intro. (The view stayed above the sanctuary without Indy being visible), here is the solution:

 

Before you go to level 4, disable/Close/Exit ALL active programs on your task bar (Bottom right corner), find level 3 saved game at end, load it and play it till it is finished! Level 4 will show the intro and proceed to start like a charm!! spent long time trying to figure this out, hope it will help someone save some time!
