Type "devmap <mapname>" in the console (without quotes, where <mapname> is the name of the level you want to use with cheats).

 

If you're not the admin, you of course can't do it.

 

To use the double lightsaber, with cheats enabled, type /THEDESTROYER in the console while your saber is selected and turned off. It will say "The Destroyer cometh!" and give you the weapon if you did it correctly. Type again to turn off.
