Kyle's RED skin

Hi

 

Sorry i have another question... I did a search for this on the forums and i didnt find anything that helped.

 

How do I use Kyle's red skin in my single player map? I tried copying the following folders in my pk3.... models\players\kyle .. and in the kyle folder i had

kyle_extras_red

kyle_legs_red

kyle_torso_red

model_red.skin

 

I didnt think i had to put the red skin stuff in my pk3 since it is already in JO and not a custom skin. I went into the "npcs.cfg" file and changed Kyles custom skin to red but this only works when Kyle is in a cinematic. I was able to change the red n blue skins for the NPC's but I cant get Kyle's to change. Anyone know how to do this?
