_Ashley_Solo_
i made a level and added the model: destroyed tie fighter, when people have helped me beta test it the model always appears but has no texture. there is a texture with the original model but i dont think putting it in the textures is the right place in the pk3 file
Obsidian-Jovani
If this is a model already in game there is no need to add the textures to your pk3 texture folder because the textures are already in assets0.pk3 and everyone who has JO has it. The model appears in game with texture on it correct?

Obsidian-Jovani
Well I was looking through the models and I didn't see any "destroyed tie fighter" model. Is this a custom model or a model in assets0.pk3? If it is in assets0.pk3 what is the path so I can have a look at it.
_Ashley_Solo_
i think its custom
Obsidian-Jovani
One more question is this a .md3 model or a .map prefab? If your model comes with texture files I think they go in the same folder as the model.

Obsidian-Jovani
Aha! So it is a model in the assets0.pk3. If that is the case you don't need to put the model in your .pk3 file. It'll just add more size to your .pk3. So just create it as a misc_model and give it the pathname. It should show up with the textures. If it doesn't ...
