SONICMAN2 Posted June 1, 2003 Posted June 1, 2003 Hello, I just recentely had to purchase a new hardrive. I reinstalled JK2 on the new HD and then copy/pasted the saved game file from the OLD HD to the NEW. The game goes to the main menu and all my saved games are there, but when I click to load it it gives me this error message: bad parameter in external weapon data 'firingforce' I read somewhere about deleting the assests files out of the base folder, but then nothing would work. Any help would be appreciated so I dont have t start over! LOL Jon/SM2
veldor Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 Did you patch your game to 1.04? I had the same error and patching the game worked for me.
