The Olmec Valley is a pretty big place.

First you have to get the machine part, then use it under the blue diamond and raise u to the lower of the 2 level u can reach.

 

After that, just step on the platform at the end of the level and a pole will jack up (of course you have to aim the pole at the snake).

Do it a few times and the snake is history.
