whoops. level 9, don't know where to put the idols

have found the idols, can't open the door, have the mirror. where do i put the idols?

you have to allign 3 of the stones to the loked door, pull the cirular button.

you have to place the idols in the room with the 3 fishes........

but where the hell IS this room? the locked door with the three animal icons on it doesn't open ...
